BJ was born & raised in Charleston, SC. She was South Carolina’s first female game warden and still loves working with rural property to this day. She was married to the late US Navy officer Jim Rodgers and together they have 6 beautiful daughters & stepdaughters. Being a small business owner of Greenery Gallery, an interior plant service, for many years she knows that business can be a daunting task, just like buying or selling a home can be.
